wigglepaper Wake up a drawing

Help and photo tips

Most drawings wake up on the first try. When one comes out odd, it is nearly always the photo, and it takes ten seconds to fix.

The photo that works every time

What moves, and why

Wigglepaper looks at the outline of the drawing and treats anything that sticks out as a limb. Things that point down from the bottom walk. Things at the sides wave. Things on top wiggle. A drawing with nothing sticking out, like a ball with a face, hops and squashes instead. Arms drawn pressed against the body will move with the body, so the wavers are the kids who draw arms out wide.

The camera extras

Your table uses the back camera as the scene, so the drawing stands in your real room. Film their face adds a small bubble from the front camera, so the video shows the moment they see it move. Both stay on your phone: the camera picture is never sent to us.

If you opened Wigglepaper from inside Instagram, Facebook or TikTok, those apps sometimes block the camera and saving videos. Tap the menu in the corner and choose "Open in browser", then everything works.

Videos and links

Press the red button to record about twelve seconds: a wave, a walk, a dance, a jump and a goodbye, with the artist's name at the end. Send makes a live link instead: whoever opens it gets the real moving drawing, and it waves when they tap it. Free links last 30 days. A pass keeps them for good.

Passes and keys

A pass is one payment and there is no account. You get a key that looks like WIG-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. It turns on by itself in the browser you paid in. To use it on another phone, open the pass page and type the key. Lost it? Write to hello@wigglepaper.com from the email you paid with. Refunds are covered in the terms, and what we store is in the privacy promise.
